- Until very recently, there were not many Nevada- specific secondary sources.
- Of the few that existed, they were only available in print, and were often self-published or created for specific legal courses.
- More titles are being published and being made available online, particularly on Lexis+.
- Many are published in partnership with the State Bar with Boyd-connected authors.
- Nevada residents and the members of NV state bar may access the Nevada Supreme Court Law Library's digital collection of online legal treatises via Lexis Digital Library for free.
