Restatements of the Law

Principles of the Law in the Wiener-Rogers Law Library

Principles of the Law is a collection detailing undiscovered areas of law or areas of law that are thought to be in need of reform.  The difference between a Restatement and a Principle of Law is that Restatements summarize existing common law trends; whereas, Principles of the Law recommend changes to existing common law.
