Resources for Drafting IP License Agreements

Any visitor to the law library may access PLI Plus via the law library website.

• Go to the law library website (law.unlv.edu/law-library)
• Click “Full List of Databases”
• Select “Practising Law Institute (PLI) Plus”

(Boyd Law faculty and students may access PLI Plus remotely via the My BoydLaw portal)

Use the following steps to look for sample IP licensing agreements available on PLI Plus:

1. Select "Forms & Checklists"
2. Click on "Advanced Search"
3. Select "Intellectual Property" in the Practice Area field
4. Type your keyword (e.g. "license agreement") in the search box and press the Enter key.
   • Click "Search Tips" (appearing above the search box) to see the Boolean terms and connectors
