Docket Search
1. Log in to Bloomberg Law
2. Click "Dockets" to search dockets.
3. To access Bloomberg Law's video tutorials on using and searching dockets, click "Videos & Reference Guides." Then, select either "Using Dockets" or "Searching Dockets" to access the video tutorial.
Not all federal docket documents are available on Bloomberg Law. You may need to access PACER (https://www.pacer.gov/) to retrieve docket materials.
Although PACER is not free, it provides free tutorial: https://www.pacer.gov/announcements/general/train.html
Some PACER materials are available on the RECAP database for free: https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/
